2008 Sale List

Inglenook Farms

Fiber and Friends

As most of you probably know, goats don’t do as well when they go to their new home by themselves.  For that reason, I don’t sell single animals very often.  Some suggested sets, with price breaks are listed at the end but feel free to make up your own combinations.

Adult Bucks

Kai Jordan – a 3 year old registered red adult buck twin born of Lisa Shell’s breeding out of Honey (red) X Valentino (brown).  This is a beautiful faded red buck that has thrown some wonderful daughters and sons in my herd.  His twin, Jupiter, won Grand Champion at CAGBA Nationals 2006.  If you are looking for a colored buck to improve the fineness of your herd this is your boy!  $350

Yearling Bucks

Inglenook Chestnut – a registered grey RVB with brown ears & cheek yearling buck out of McRanch Patches (Black/Tan Badger) X Inglenook Aramis (Black RVB w/brown ears & cheek).  $350

Buck Kids

Inglenook Dimitri – a registered Red buck kid twin born 1/16/08 of Kai Idrina (red) X Inglenook Charlie Brown (red).  This is a beautiful boy that looks just like his sire, a large bodied, solidly built buckling with soft fleece, nice lock structure and good coverage.  CB won Grand Champion at TCC Granbury in 2007 and won 2nd in Senior Buck Kid at Estes Park 2007 and Dimitri promises to do well.  This boy is one to consider for your own show string this year.  We still have time to transfer ownership before Nationals in June.  $400

Inglenook Dojo – a registered Black buck kid single born 2/6/08 of Ferncrest Nightingale (Black) X Inglenook Cajun (Black).  This is one nice black kid and so far is holding his color like his sire Cajun, who won Reserve Champion Buck at both Estes Park and TCC Granbury in 2007.  Although offered for sale, I plan to show him and ownership would not convey until after Estes Park 2008.  $400

Inglenook Doug Noble – a registered Brown buck kid single born 1/31/08 of Ferncrest Lydia (brown) X Kai Kanga (black).  A good solid brown kid with soft fleece, good lock structure in his kid fleece and good coverage.  His mom threw black last year so if you are interested in black/brown genetics this could be a good choice.  $350
